Iv mentioned Erin's dine in's before, see veggie korma, and I just can't get enough of them! They are literally the easiest way to cook a curry that actually tastes delicious! Honestly, do yourself a favor and stock up on these if you're a curry lover, or naturally, a human being with a life who can't spend all day on dinner! 

Last night I thought I bought the korma again but was presently surprised to see the Tikka Masala mixture on the counter.  Nothing ventured nothing gained, right? 

Personally I prefer the korma, I just like the almond/cocnut flavours better, but the Tikka was really nice, and definitely one to try if you like more striking flavours. 

All you have to do is peel the back of the box for the method and instructions. I can't stress how easy these are! 

Ingredients

- Erin dine-in's Tikka Masala 

- 400g tinned tomatoes

- 100gs natural yogurt 

- 1 onion chopped 

- 1 red pepper chopped 

- baby corn 

- sugarsnap peas 

- (quorn chicken style pieces) 

- olive oil

- rice   

- corriander to garnish 

- (naan bread) 

Method:

1. Heat olive oil in the pan and gentry fry the onion (and quorn picecs) untill golden brown, add the 'stir pot'.

2. Add the rest of the veg, the 'sprinkle pot' and the chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Add yogurt and cook for 1 minute. 

Served with boiled rice, naan bread, and corriander to garnish.

Having been recommended by a friend, and featured on LovinDublin, my boyfriend suggested dinner at M&L Chinese off cathedral street for some good food and good fun. Fortunately, we managed to book a table on Chinese New Year's Eve, what an absolute stroke of luck! The restaurant was packed with familys and friends all celebrating the new year together. Definitely a night to remember. 

When we arrived we were greated warmly and showed to our table. It wasn't untill our waitress said 'happy new year!' that we realised why it was so hard to get a table! The menu was so diverse, there was so much to choose from. To start I had veggie spring rolls and he had pork dumplings (apperiently they are the best thing on the menu as the waitress congratulated him on picking them). The mains were so huge that we ended up splitting one, mixed veg in Kung Pao sauce with rice on the side. I was so stuffed by the end of it I could hardly drink my water.. It was delicious! 

The drinks menu isn't that extensive, so if you ring ahead and ask, you can bring your own bottle of wine for 5e corkage. As it just so happens, the wine was free! On Chinese New Years it is tradition to hand out red envelopes to friends and family to wish them good luck. One of the waitresses went around to the tables with a big red box, a raffle for the envelopes. I pulled a fiver from the box which covered our corkage! 

My sister recently told me about a bad date she had... The only positive thing she had to say about it was the restaurant! She's a tough woman to please, so when I heard this I knew I had to try it out! 

Platform Pizza is located on the sea front of bray town. On a lovely summers day you could take advantage of the location and take a romantic stroll looking out i the to waves.. Unfortunately we went in the freezing cold. Don't mind the photo.. He was so excited we found it he couldn't control himself! (It was most definitely NOT tee shirt weather...)

The restaurant resembles a container on a construction site from the outside, and a cosy log cabin inside, the walls decorated with fire wood and room aglow with candle light. In fact it's basically a hipster log cabin. The waiters and waitresses, effortlessly cool and chill, bop around to the hip music dressed in plad shits and looking like they are genuinely having a great time as they wizz by with delicious pizzas. And can I take a moment to mention the bathroom? If you're a fan of the lion the witch and the wardrobe you'll love stepping through the antique looking closet into Narnia (or the jacks).
