Simple (and actually tasty) fruit salad
12:47Breakfast can't always be fun. A typical morning for me is basically a carb explosion to get me through the day! Bowl of cereal, couple of pieces of toast, maybe an egg, and before you know it indigestion arrives like a wall you can hardy climb over.. fruit isn't really on my morning radar. Well iv decided enough is enough.. (Well for now)... it's time to get healthy! Here is a super simple recipe for a fruit salad that won't make you dream of buttery toast.
Ingredients
-1 Apple
-1 banana
-1 orange
-1 kiwi
( -strawberries)
( -grapes)
( -blueberries)
( -raspberries)
( -melon)
(Really any fruit you have lying around!)
- spoonful of natural yogurt
- squirt of honey
