Vegetarian Homemade Pizza

Hurray!!! Pizza! Who doesn't love pizza?? And what's that you say? Home made? This dinner idea is perfect for date night or dinner with a fussy eater because you can have completely different meals, meat included or not, with very minimal effort. Why are we still talking? Let's get cooking!! 

What do we need?

- Pizza base (I used kelkin gluten free deep dish bases.. I'd try go for a thinner crust if I were you) 
- tomato sauce (recipe below) 
- cheddar cheese or mozzarella (Iused both) 
- any toppings you have lying around (I used peppers, jalapeños, sweet potato and red onion) 

For the sauce:
- can of chopped tomatoes 
- tbsp of tomato purée (I didn't use it so it's not that crusial) 
- salt and pepper 
- tbsp of olive oil 
- garlic clove, crushed 

Make sure you preheat the oven to 180 and cook for about 25 minutes. Just enough time to gobble down some guac and crisps as a starter!
