Red Velvet Cake

I love red velvet cake, I'm all about it! When ever I see a slice, I think of the wedding cake scene in Steel Magnolias, and lazy Saturday mornings with my sisters when that movie seemed to be on repeat, week after week!

I'm not going to lie, this recipe is not as quick and dirty as the others, but the result is too good not to share! I mean look at this absolute beauty!

I got the recipe online, although I can't quite remember where.. It is in fact the recipe for hummingbird bakery cupcakes, scaled up to cake purportion. You're welcome guys.
